Monadnock Regional Middle High School Athletic Department does not encourage nor recommend the use of any supplemental products that enhance athletic performance. We understand that these types of products exist and are sold online and in many local stores without legal restrictions. However, we at MRMHS encourage our athletes to attain their highest level of competitiveness possible through good nutrition, hard work, and dedication to their respective sports. We feel that any additives or supplements used by an athlete should be a family decision and would strongly suggest that you discuss this with your athlete and do the proper research before the use of any
